What did Palm House use to be?
Palm House is a complete transformation of a storied building that has been part of the Palm Beach Landscape for decades. The building was once operated as The Heart of Palm Hotel. Now under new ownership as part of the Iconic Luxury Hotels collection, we are excited to open our home to the Palm Beach community and welcome guests and neighbors for generations to come.
Where is Palm House?
Palm House is perfectly located in the heart of the island of Palm Beach steps away from the beach and a short bike ride to all that downtown Palm Beach and West Palm beach have to offer. Palm House is located at 160 Royal Palm Way and is closest to the Okeechobee bridge (a.k.a Middle Bridge, as the locals call it.)
How old is Palm House?
Palm House is brand new. We will open in November of 2024.
Who designed Palm House?
Cooper Carry based out of Atlanta is our architectural design firm.
Are children allowed at Palm House?
Children are welcome at Palm House and must be accompanied at all times with an adult.
Is there parking available at Palm House?
Parking is available and is valet only.
Do you have Electric Vehicle (EV) Chargers?
We have 3 Electric Vehicle Charging stations.
Is there a dress code at Palm House?
There is no specific dress code in the hotel, however, bathing suit cover ups are required when outside of the pool area. If you are dining in the Dining Room then smart casual outfits are encouraged for breakfast and lunch. Dinner will be more Palm Beach chic.
Is Palm House an exclusive use venue?
The hotel is available for exclusive use, buy outs, for large weddings up to 175 guests and private events. Palm house offers event spaces for meetings, socials, and weddings.
Is Palm House a wedding venue?
Yes, we love being part of such a joyous occasion. From the rehearsal dinner to Sunday brunch, we want to be part of every moment making your wedding weekend in Palm Beach seamless.
How many bedrooms are in Palm House?
Each of the 79 rooms at Palm House are a sanctuary of elegance, designed to offer the perfect Palm Beach experience. Interiors feature a soft, sophisticated palette – sea greens, sandy beiges, and subtle gold accents. Plush bedding, marble-clad bathrooms, and hand selected art enhance the luxury feel, while cutting-edge amenities ensure that every need is met with ease. Accommodations begin with standard kings to the presidential suite.
Does Palm House serve food?
Yes, the Palm House Dining Room is culinary experience that feels like Palm Beach's best-kept secret. The culinary experience is a unique take on traditional Japanese cuisine with Peruvian ingredients.
The Sunset Pool Deck offers dining services to our pool guests as you are relaxing in our tranquil oasis.
What is there to do in Palm Beach?
Palm Beach offers stunning coastal sightseeing through bike riding, and lovely walks,
Florida’s history and America’s Gilded Age can be experienced at the Flager Musuem, with the current 2024 – 2025 season exhibition showcasing Flager’s hotels.
Worth Avenue, a short 5 minute walk from Palm house, activates all year long with restaurants, shopping, and one of a kind Palm Beach boutique experiences.
Just over the bridge, guests can enjoy premier performances, from concerts to dance, at the Kravis Center for Performing Arts.
How far is the beach from the hotel and does Palm House offer Beach services?
Palm House is less than half a block from the beach and is approximately a 5 minute walk. We will have transportation services to the beach and will setup and take down chairs, umbrellas and towels for our guests. Guests may order food and beverages from their phone and we will deliver their picnic to the beach.
